Longborough Festival Opera

We are the retained agency for Longborough Festival Opera, working alongside the marketing team to deliver campaigns that support the festival's artistic programme.

Longborough has a reputation for pushing boundaries. In 2019, the festival took on the biggest challenge in opera: staging Wagner's Ring cycle. We were tasked with creating a narrative that celebrated the festival's history, while also looking to its future under new Artistic Director Polly Graham.

The festival repeated the cycle in 2024, and we were thrilled to again work with the team to create a successful media campaign, which integrated traditional and digital channels to drive awareness of the festival's brand.

We secured coverage in outlets like The Guardian, The Times, i news, The Telegraph, Prospect Magazine, Opera Now, the BBC website, BBC Radio, BBC Music Magazine, and The Observer.

We are proud to have generated:

  • 125 pieces of coverage

  • 2.78 million estimated views

  • 193 million audience figures

  • 1.36k social media engagements

  • 93 online pieces
